At Kovelle Beauty, we want you to love your lashes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused or only lightly tried (reasonable test wear is okay).
- Original packaging is preferred but not required.
- Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required.
How to Start a Return

- We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show heavy use or damage caused after delivery.
